Introduction:

In the era of connectivity and collaboration, we proudly present a platform that serves as a meeting ground for all event stakeholders. This innovative platform reimagines event organisation, allowing clients to articulate their preferences effortlessly. Clients can define critical details such as location, venue, time slot, and anticipated attendees, shaping their event according to their unique vision. Simultaneously, registered vendors receive tailored notifications, ensuring they receive leads that align with their expertise.

Objective:

The primary objective of this platform is to streamline event organisation, fostering a seamless collaboration between clients and vendors. Clients, referred to as requesters, can effortlessly convey their requirements, ensuring that every aspect of their event mirrors their vision. At the same time, vendors receive notifications tailored to their services, providing them with leads that align with their offerings and expertise.

Mission:

Our mission is to revolutionise the event planning landscape by providing a platform that connects clients and vendors seamlessly. By facilitating efficient communication and collaboration, we aim to enhance the overall event planning experience for all stakeholders involved.

Process:

1. Client Request and Vendor Notification:

   • Clients initiate the process by submitting their event requirements on the platform. This includes crucial details such as city or address, preferred venue (whether it's a clubhouse, society park, or another location), and specific time slots.
   • Simultaneously, registered vendors receive immediate notifications of client expectations, along with pre-filled preferences customised to their services. This ensures that vendors receive leads that align with their offerings and expertise.

2. Vendor Acceptance and Event Planner Approval:

   • Upon receiving a lead notification, vendors have the option to accept or decline the opportunity. If accepted, a new notification is generated for the event planner.
   • The event planner, equipped with comprehensive vendor profiles and historical performance data, reviews the client's requirements and finalises the selection of vendors best suited for the event.

Vision:

Our vision is to empower small and mid-sized vendors, particularly those operating within specific residential or societal groups. Despite their substantial capabilities, these talented professionals often face challenges in expanding their businesses to a larger market. With over 300 registered vendors on our platform and the successful execution of over 100 events, we have provided at least 200 individuals with the opportunity to benefit from events organised within a single apartment society.

Goal:

Our overarching goal is to provide a platform where vendors can access a broader clientele, participate in various events, and grow their businesses as they envision. By offering a seamless and efficient platform, we aim to catalyse the growth and success of vendors within the event planning industry.
